STUDY FINDS CHECKING YOUR CELL PHONE IS CONTAGIOUS: New research finds that like yawning, checking your cell phone is a contagious behavior. To find this, researchers from the University of Michigan watched pairs of students in dining halls and coffee shops and monitored their cellphone use every ten-seconds for up to 20 minutes. Researchers say a person is twice as likely to pull out their phone to check for texts or emails if the person they are with has just done the same, and that females are more likely to do so than males. On average, the students used their cellphones 24-percent of the time intervals which they were monitored for. One researcher said, “Cell phones create an alternative outlet for one’s attention and may both promote and interfere with live social interaction.” (Daily Mail)

Britney Spears Vs.Demi Lovato ?
Uh-oh. Is there drama between these X-FACTOR ladies??
Britney Spears has, reportedly, been brushing one of her former judge-mate Demi Lovato off! She’s not even picking up or returning the Heart Attack singer’s calls!
YIKES! That does not sound good!
"Brit was so upset X Factor producers had cooled on her - but kept Demi on - that she X'd out her X Factor pal.”
Apparently, this could even “send Demi around the bend.”
Hmm, well, we have to say Demi’s been looking better and healthier than ever! And Brit Brit's too old for these types of antics, but could this be true??
Of course, there are those close to Demi, "there is no truth” to these rumors and we have to say, we're more apt to believe the latter rather than the former. Brit Brit isnt' the kind to hold grudges. And let's be fair here — with her two boys, a new album and a Vegas residency in the works, Brit Brit doesn't have TIME for grudges!
Britney loves everyone and everyone loves Britney. We bet if you asked her and Demi, they would both tell you the same thing. So relax!
Katy Perry Is Pulling A Taylor Swift "New Album About Ex Lovers"
Katy Perry is part-way done with a NEW ALBUM!! We’re sure it’s going to be GREAT!!
She certainly has picked up a lot of material to fodder her writing thoughout the past few years, so of course everyone’s been wondering if her divorce with Russell Brand or her split with John Mayer will play a role in her work.
And the answer is… ABSOLUTELY!!!

So, by saying she’s not specific with names, she obvi is writing about specific people whom she simply chooses not to name. Also, double rainbows Which we think is great!!

Amanda Bynes "Im Not CRAZY"
The actress has been chronicling some bizarre behavior on the social networking site, sharing pics of her buzzing her hair, hitting the gym and posting videos of her making weird faces for the camera.
But last night, she shared her raciest shot yet, one of her holding her breasts while wearing nothing by underwear and tights. "Rawr!" she posted along with the pic.
The photos comes on the heels of a new interview with In Touch , where she says she's not a crazy person.
"I have no clue [why people say I’m insane]. Every time I’ve heard it, it came from an ugly person’s mouth, so I don’t care,” she told the mag. "The only ones lying about me having a mental illness are people I don’t talk to."

GLEE Star SUES PLAYBOY MODEL "SHE BEAT ME"
"Glee" star MARK SALLING is firing back at the woman who accused him of raw-dogging her without consent -- filing new legal docs against the former Playboy model claiming she broke onto his property, beat him up and scratched his car.
Roxanne Gorzela -- who also works as a DJ Sued Mark in January for sexual battery, claiming they hooked up in March 2011 and Mark forced himself on her without a condom. Roxanne said she was down for sex, but only with protection.
Roxanne said she went back to Mark's house March 15th to confront him ... and found him in bed with another woman. Gorzela says she demanded proof he had no STDs -- and he attacked her, pushing her to the ground.
Now, Mark has filed a countersuit ... in which he tells a VERY different story.
In the docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ ... Salling says Roxanne barged into his house without permission, yelling uncontrollably and hitting him on the chest, arms, and face.
But it gets worse ... Salling claims Roxanne eventually ran out of the home and turned her wrath on his car -- using various items from her purse to scratch it up, causing "substantial" damage.
Mark is suing for trespassing, and assault and battery ... and demanding unspecified damages.
Unless the two can settle their differences soon, they'll be headed for court -- where a jury will ultimately decide their fates.
Lindsay Lohan VIOLATES REHAB DEAL !!!
Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Lindsay is about to board a private jet in NYC.
TMZ broke the story ... Lindsay's lawyer and prosecutors agreed she would enter the Seafield Center rehab facility in Westhampton Beach, New York. She's required to show up by tomorrow morning.
But as we reported earlier, Lindsay was freaked out because Seafield won't allow her to smoke. We're told she may be headed for Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach, CA ... which does allow smoking.
Problem is .... prosecutors did NOT sign off on Morningside. What's more ... we've learned NO ONE from Lindsay's camp has contacted either the L.A. City Attorney or the Santa Monica City Attorney to get the change of plans approved.
In short ... by not entering Seafield ... Lindsay has violated her plea deal. Lindsay's lawyers are in court tomorrow along with prosecutors, where her attorneys are required to show proof of enrollment in Seafield. It's a good bet the judge is going to be pissed, and a better bet prosecutors will be pissed.
If the judge believes Lindsay has violated the deal, he can throw her in jail for 90 days.
Chris Kelly Of "KRIS KROSS" Dead At 34
Chris Kelly -- one half of the iconic rap group Kris Kross -- died Wednesday in Atlanta after he was found unconscious at his Georgia home. He was 34.
Kelly was pronounced dead around 5:30PM EST at the south campus of the Atlanta Medical Center.
As part of Kris Kross, Kelly shot to super stardom in the '90s with the group's mega hit, "Jump." They were also famous for wearing their clothing on backwards.
Back in February -- Kelly and his rap partner, Chris "Daddy Mac" Smith, reunited for a long overdue performance

Mariah Carey & Nick Cannon Shut Down Disneyland!!!
The couple celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary with one very over-the-top ceremony last night -- shutting down Disneyland for an extravagant and ridiculous event that only they could pull off.
Sporting a princess gown, the "American Idol" judge arrived with daughter Monroe down Main St. in a Cinderella-inspired, horse drawn carriage. Waiting in front of Sleeping Beauty's castle was Nick, who was dressed as Prince Charmin, and their son Moroccan.
The affair, which was attended by around 250 people, also marked the twins' second birthday.
In the past the two have celebrated their anniversary by renewing their vows in Paris.

"42" Pitchers Family Upset Over Racist Portrail In Movie.
It was one of the most important scenes in the flick ... big, bad Fritz Osterrmueller (pitching for the Pittsburgh Pirates at the time) fired a baseball at Jackie's head ... and then shouted at him, "You don't belong here!!!"
Problem is ... Fritz never beaned Jackie in the head in real life -- according to multiple reports at the time of the incident, the ball struck Jackie's arm.
Now, Fritz's daughter, Sherill, is lashing out to TMZ---"The producers of ‘42’ certainly owe my father an apology. If they were going to portray my father falsely, they should have used a fictional name."
Sherrill wants to make it clear -- her beef is NOT with Jackie ... "I have the deepest respect for Jackie Robinson and the courage he had to change baseball.”
However, Sherrill says producers have damaged her father's reputation beyond repair -- she tells us he was a "good man" who was never as angry or violent as he was portrayed in the movie.
We asked Sherrill if she believed her father was a racist -- to which she replied, "My dad, to my knowledge, was not a racist. I was not raised in that type of home."
We reached out to the people behind the movie -- so far, no word back.

Adele Jumping Back Into The Studio!
More than two years after releasing 21, Adele may finally be ready to make some new musical creations.
After much speculation, it appears the Grammy winner is finally back in the studio making brand new music! According to London Newspapers, the new mom is “in lockdown mode for the next few weeks” as she begins laying down vocals to several new tracks. The “modern jazz” album is already scheduled to be released in the middle of 2014!
The 24-year-old artist has been enjoying time away from the music scene. After giving birth to a healthy baby boy in October, Adele and boyfriend, Simon Konecki, have made family a priority.
