Tis the Season....



Santa Barbara
Friday Dec. 2, 6:30 p.m. The magic of the holidays will come alive as the 59th Annual Downtown Holiday Parade strolls down State Street to entertain and amaze children and families from near and far. The parade, with the theme “Holiday Dreams,” is sponsored by the Santa Barbara Downtown Organization and will begin at 6:30 p.m. on State Street at Sola Street and conclude at Cota Street.For more information, call the Santa Barbara Downtown Organization

Oxnard Christmas Festivities
Saturday, December 3rd -9am Downtown Oxnard’s 2011 Holiday events begin 10am is the Annual Oxnard Christmas Parade themed “The Music and Magic of Christmas” on A, 5th and C Streets in Downtown Oxnard and then continue the fun at the Oxnard Tamale Festival til 6:30pm at Plaza Park and enjoy the tastiest tamales in town, holiday crafts fair, kids activities, and music. Admission is free to both events.


Ventura
Friday, December 19th
Holiday Parade of Lights, Ventura Harbor
This two-day celebration set for Friday, December 19th and Saturday, December 20th, marks the 32nd anniversary of this fun filled occasion. Themed "Ventura Harbor’s Polar Express”, guests can enjoy the revelry as boats adorned with Christmas lights and decorations illuminate the Ventura Harbor and watch as colorful fireworks fill the night sky. Folks with little ones are sure to be jolly at the family carnival where tots can get pony & train rides, carousel rides, and a visit with Santa. This event also serves as a great opportunity to get a head start on Christmas shopping or experience fine cuisine at one of ten Harbor restaurants.
