KIM KARDASHIAN should be beaten with 100 handicap Placards! She hit the gym in Miami yesterday . . . and parked her Rolls in a HANDICAP SPOT. And to make matters worse, she was taking up TWO spots. (--That's what I call a DOUBLE-DOUCHE move)
