Some Guy Claims He's the Father of Kourtney Kardashian's Son

This isn't really something to laugh about, but at the same time, it DOES have that "couldn't-have-happened-to-a-nicer-guy" vibe to it:


--SCOTT DISICK might not be the father of KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN'S 3-year-old son Mason.


--A male model named MICHAEL GIRGENTI claims he slipped it to Kourtney back in March of 2009, after they worked together on a photo shoot.  Kourtney said she was "on a break" from Scott at the time.


--Kourtney and Scott got back together soon after that, and Mason was born the following December.  For you non-math majors, March to December is nine months . . . and Michael wants a paternity test.


--Kourtney's lawyer says she and Michael did work together, but they never got Biblical with each other.  He calls Michael's claim, quote, "preposterous and an outrageous lie."
